Book for kids:
Gus and the Chatterbug

Gus and the Chatterbug is a thoughtful and engaging children’s book that helps kids understand the voice in their head. When Gus notices his “Chatterbug” buzzing with thoughts (some helpful, some not), he learns that he doesn’t have to believe everything it says. Through a warm, relatable story, children are introduced to the idea that thoughts are just thoughts and that they can choose how to respond to them. It’s a powerful, kid-friendly tool for building self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Testimonials

Behavior change takes discipline.

That might sound intimidating, but we have an element of beauty that can be implemented here. This beauty is our ability to use our values. Values guide us.
